REFUND POLICY:
Please reach out to us if you are not satisfied with one of our products and we will be happy to offer you a full refund once you have returned the product to us.
Exquisite Love Coaching/Counseling Sessions
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
If cancelling over 24 hours before the date of a coaching/counseling session, your session will be refunded in full.
If cancelling less 24 hours before the date of a coaching/counseling session, there is no refund.
Exquisite Love Retreats & Retreats Led by Other Facilitators
Note on Bank/Transfer Fees: All bank transfer fees and charges are the responsibility of the participant. This means we look at the actual amount we receive from you after all fees have been applied.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
If canceling on or over 30 days before the date of a retreat, your payments will be refunded minus a $150 admin fee as well as any non-recoverable costs (such as bank transfer fees, venue, catering, etc)
If canceling under 30 days before the date of a retreat, your payments will be refunded minus a $450 admin fee as well as any non-recoverable costs (such as bank transfer fees, venue, catering, etc).
If you have not paid your balance less than 30 days before the first day of a retreat, your registration may be considered a cancellation and the same terms (in [2]) may apply.
There are no refunds after a retreat has started
If the retreat is canceled for any reason your payments will be refunded in full.
(Note: If you send a payment to be on the waiting list for a retreat, you can cancel and get a full refund at any time before or when a spot opens up for you. After we email you with an available spot, you will have 24h to decline, after which you will be considered as having accepted the spot and the above policy will apply)
ILLNESS/COVID CANCELLATION POLICY:
If a participant can no longer travel because of new travel restrictions OR if they test positive for COVID OR becomes ill prior to or on arrival at a retreat, we will offer a full refund minus any non-recoverable costs (such as venue, catering, etc)
If a participant tests positive for COVID or becomes ill during a retreat, we will do everything we can to accommodate them. This MAY include a partial refund minus any non-recoverable costs (such as venue, catering, etc)
Club Exotica Events
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
Consent is crucial to us, and so we are happy to offer refunds using the following guidelines:
Once you have RSVP'ed, sent payment, and have been approved, it means you are confirmed to join us. Before we reach capacity, you can cancel your RSVP and get a refund at any time.
Once we reach capacity, we will be happy to offer you a full refund as long as we find someone else to take your spot. Since many people RSVP at the last minute, this is usually easy.
FireLight 🔥 Events
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
Refunds will be allowed up to one month before the event with a $100 processing fee, then up to one week before the event with a $150 processing fee. After that there are no refunds. You can also transfer your ticket to another person with an approved RSVP at any time by messaging us.
The Somatic Playground Classes
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
If it ever turns out that a class isn't for you or that you missed a class for any reason, we'll be happy to either refund you or allow you to come to a future class instead. No problem 🫶
