Philippe Lewis is a relationship educator, coach, and framework developer with over 23 years of teaching in intimacy, attachment, consent, shadow work, and conscious sexuality. He founded Exquisite ❦ Love as the home for his body of work — nine domains spanning relational dynamics, attachment theory, power and accountability, consent and attunement, shadow and healing, gender, consciousness, community, and epistemology — guiding people and communities toward an attunement culture. His teaching draws on attachment theory to guide people toward earned secure attachment and sovereign selfhood, and rests on a set of his own developed frameworks: Considerate Non-Monogamy (CNM), the Foundational Consent Sequence (attunement → connection → trust → consent), and the 7 Intelligences (emotional, physical, primal, social, spiritual, somatic, intellectual). His pedagogy is 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙛𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩, 𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙨𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙙 — his frameworks offered as one possibility among many, with the real work being to help students articulate their own.

He is co-founder of The Journey to Secure at the Coming Home to Love retreat and the Secure Network membership community, and founder of the Open Relationship Community and the Attachment Community — spaces for the conversations that redefine cultural norms around connection. He produces conscious play and embodiment containers including Club Exotica, Love Underground, The Erotic Playground, and the FireLight 🔥 micro-festival near Yosemite, alongside The Somatic Playground — his on-going weekly class series in San Francisco and Oakland bringing local teachers with their own bodies of work supporting emotional, somatic, and primal intelligence — and Zoom workshops that keep the practice ongoing. His five core values — attunement, care, consideration, collaboration, and accountability — guide his work as teacher, partner, lover, leader, and facilitator, and are load-bearing across everything he builds.

A father to a 14-year-old, he treats that role as primary teaching material — the daily practice of surrendering to love, of being changed by another being, of meeting someone whose interiority remains, by definition, unknowable. His life's work is the slow labor of helping people meet each other more honestly: in the dance of difference, in the field of consent, in the both/and of needing each other and remaining sovereign.
