Secure Attachment Saturdays Week 3

The tools can be gained by anyone willing to do the work, and you can discover more about how by joining us every week. See you there!

Secure Attachment Saturdays Week 4

Welcome to the 4th week of "Secure Attachment Saturday's" on the "Master Your Mind and Body Series!" Today guest expert Philippe Lewis unpacks the adult attachment relational behavior of the "Anxious Attachment Style," otherwise known as the "Ambivalent/Preoccupied Attachment Style." Mike hosts and supports this conversation through adding in the developmental attachment framework to supplement how early childhood development conditions facilitate this style of relating and perceiving the world.

Learn which of these patterns connects to your experience on the journey to secure attachment functioning, specifically focusing this week's discussion on the "Anxious Attachment" style. The deeper you understand the map of this human nervous system experience, the more easily you can navigate your relational life with mastery, connection, and sovereignty.

Secure Attachment Saturdays Week 5

Welcome to the 5th edition of "Secure Attachment Saturday's" on week 5 of the "Master Your Mind and Body Series!" This video focuses on the "Avoidant/Dismissive Attachment Style," and how people with those neurophysiological behavioral patterns differ from secure attachment patterns.

Guest expert Philippe Lewis, creator of "Exquisite Love," shares his genius around the "behavioral map" of people with an Avoidant/Dismissive Attachment Style, and shares both the strengths and the weaknesses of being that type, and relating to that type. Mike brings the early childhood developmental factors to the conversation, illuminating how early experiences with parental caregivers sets the stage for relationships, perception, and behaviors in a relational setting and beyond.

Whether you have this attachment style, you have part of these patterns, or you know someone who does, this video is informative and supportive of cultivating more secure attachment functioning for you and those you love. Come join us on this riveting journey to secure!

Secure Attachment Saturdays Week 6

Welcome to the 6th edition of "Secure Attachment Saturday's" on the 6th week of the "Master Your Mind and Body Series!" Philippe is joined by his lover Kaine in this video to add in collaboration to the conversation around the "Disorganized Attachment Style."

The Disorganized Attachment Style is closely associated with early childhood developmental trauma, which skews perception of reality through the resulting disorganizing neurological patterns that disrupt emotional regulation, secure behavior, and a number of other factors that are discussed at length by all three co-hosts in this video broadcast.

Whether you personally identify with the attachment patterns discussed in this episode, or you know someone who does, the opportunity lies within this conversation to engage in deep healing individually and collectively. As you'll discover throughout this rich dialogue around human relational behavior, and the neurological patterns that elicit that behavior, we can all relate to the human experience underneath. Through learning more deeply about this and other attachment styles, we can grow and cultivate more secure functioning together. Know Yourself and Be Empowered,

Secure Attachment Saturdays Week 7

Welcome to the 7th edition of "Secure Attachment Saturday's" on the 7th week of the "Master Your Mind and Body Series!" This video brings back guest expert Philippe Lewis, creator of "Exquisite Love" to discuss "Secure Attachment Behaviors."

There are 4 attachment styles including secure, anxious/ambivalent, avoidant, and disorganized. Secure attachment functioning people naturally have certain qualities and behaviors that they do and carry out without even thinking about it because they have secure functioning nervous systems from secure early childhood experiences.

In this video Philippe and Mike discuss the behaviors of secure functioning people, and compare the behaviors of the other attachment styles, outlining a potential "map" to cultivate awareness of how one might navigate the nervous system "territory" of the "journey to secure.

Secure Attachment Saturdays - Practices

Welcome to the 8th edition of "Secure Attachment Saturday's" on the "Master Your Mind and Body Series!" In this video, Mike and Philippe unpack practices for building and reinforcing secure attachment functioning. This is a multi-layered approach, and requires commitment to get results. After all, the attachment system is wired into human beings during infancy, and must be shifted consciously to allow these survival patterns to be changed with any success; this is because our very perception is guided by our ability to feel safe, which the attachment system will not change without a better version convincingly repatterned.

From breath practice, to emotional processing, to belief shifting and mindful awareness applied to self and others, earning secure attachment fuctioning is not for the casual participant. But the rewards of consistently practicing secure functioning are an enriched life with more satisfaction and fulfillment, a deepened sense of meaning and purpose, as well as a profound resilience that boosts the quality of relationships. Any way you slice it, the "journey to secure" is something we all benefit from indivdually and collectively. Know yourself and Be Empowered,
